FILTER MAGAZINE

The award-winning music and art magazine Filter commissioned me to illustrate the two-page spreads for an on-going series of interviews that featured two artists of different disciplines discussing one topic. Articles included comedian Bill Maher and director Larry Charles discussing religion and modern rock legend Stephen Malkmus and director Todd Haynes talking creative inspiration. Each month brought a new illustration challenge as I paired an artistic style to what was appropriate to the topic discussed.
